Good Day! Thank you for your interest in joining C.L.A.S.P. - A journey that promotes self-care, growth and well-being for every age, stage, and transition in life.

This opportunity will provide three weekend Retreats using the Circle of Trust ®, format, and individual one to one professional/personal development coaching. Participants will be invited to use their lived experiences, past and present family history, learned knowledge and skills, inner wisdom, birthright gifts and emotional core as lenses to reflect on their individual narrative.

As a relationship and leadership coach, I am persuaded that our most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. I have witnessed that having a healthy, caring, discerning and honest relationship with ourselves is the critical foundation needed to nurture all other relationships and choices we make throughout our lives.

Engaging in this program will offer you an opportunity to gain greater clarity and insight to yourself, using pro-social human skillsets and pathways that can help you in living an undivided, more contented life.

The inner- sight that often unfolds in retreat can open a lens that, together with your inner wisdom, birthright gifts, and goals, support you in building a healthy relationship with self and others.

We need this inner-sight and healthy way of being at every age and stage of life - at every chapter and transition.

The greatest investment we can make is to take the time to give to ourselves in ways that nurture and enhance our growth and well-being.

Program Details: Our time together will be dynamic, interactive, experiential, thoughtful and fun.
