C.L.A.S.P. - An exciting New Program for Women

Welcome,

After many years of deeply listening to Women speak about their lives and the personal and professional skills that they wished to strengthen, I have created a program that I am naming C.L.A.S.P.

In five group coaching-retreat style sessions, using the Circle Of Trust© approach (created by Parker J. Palmer and the Center for Courage & Renewal), ten life skills will be highlighted:

• Courage and Compassion

• Learning and Love

• Awareness and Alignment

• Sustenance and Self-Reliance

• Perspective and Perseverance

In addition to these five-90-minute group sessions, I will provide each participant three-75-minute individual coaching sessions, focused on the specific goals of each member of the group.

This distinctive program, promotes self-care, growth, and well-being for Women at every age, stage, and transition in life. C.L.A.S.P. is for women who are seeking a safe space to learn in community through self-reflection and confidential dialogue, and individual coaching with a goal to gain an understanding of how living in alignment with who we are helps us to build and sustain a contented life.

Over eight weeks - we will use retreat, life and executive coaching methods to grapple with the questions we are asking, hold the truths of our lived-experiences, and create narratives and paths that support healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

The greatest investment we can make is to take the time to give to ourselves in ways that nurture and enhance our growth and well-being.

Our time together will be dynamic, reflective, experiential, and fun!

Dates and Format:

There will be a total of (8) Eight Sessions -

(5) - 90-minute, Group Coaching/Retreat Sessions, There are two options for group sessions, and participants can choose the session that best meets their schedule. I only ask for group continuity, that once you choose a time that you stay with that time for every group session. The two time slots are: 8:00 - 9:30 A.M. or 7:00 – 8:30 P.M. EST

AND

(3) - 75-minute, Individual Sessions scheduled with each participant during the weeks specified. (See Below)
